A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. For bookings made within 10 days of the tour date, full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.

Cancellation fee is charged:
- 1 month prior to the tour date: 50%
- 10 days prior to the tour date: 100%
