Niseko Backcountry

Niseko backcountry has quickly gained popularity as the resort gets busier every season and with long lift lines. We will guide you with absolute confidence not only to the hidden powder spots but also to the backcountry area.

DiscoverMt. Kombu Niseko

Mt. Kombu Niseko is approximately 900 meters above sea level and is a secret spot perfect for skiing and snowboarding, deep slopes, tree runs, and open areas, perfect for advanced skiers/riders who are looking for the hidden powder without the long lift lines.

The heavy snowfall of Niseko’s unique dry powder makes our backcountry guiding and snowmobiling is an unforgettable experience. It takes 5 hours to hike up to the top of the mountain but with our snowmobile, it only takes 30 mins. Once you are on the top, you can see all views of Mt. Yotei, Ranetsu mountain, and Lake Toya. Exhilarating feeling!

The main slope is on the east side, and with the strong west wind, all the snow accumulates on the main slope, making it a deep powder run.
